About
This site was started out of a passion for snorkeling in the South Florida waters. We have so much fun exploring local beaches, reefs and dive spots that we needed a place to organize all of our pictures and experiences. We also found ourselves checking various websites for different pieces of information before going on a trip and spending a lot of time out of the water rather than snorkeling.
As a result, this site was created to keep things simple and provide a single source of information before hitting the water.
Included are links to weather sites, surf reports and beach cams so that all of this information is in one simple spot. In Florida, having this information easily accessible prevents unnecessary grumbling because you should have brought your surf board instead of your mask and fins. For a lot of reasons, good surf conditions don’t make for good snorkeling and vice versa.
Also included are other links to where we store photos from recent trips, information about the equipment we use, site updates and general links that we think are worth checking out.
A lot of this site will be us posting information, however, feedback is most definitely welcome. If you have questions or think something is missing, let us know. If you have pictures, tips, etc… email us.
